Marika Molnar – Mat Workout (25 mins) – Level 1/2


We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Marika Molnar to Pilates Anytime! She teaches a class from the Bone Up program created for those who need to increase their bone density. She uses the Tye4 so you can feel a very light load while working against gravity, and also so you can challenge your balance to work on fall prevention. If you don't have a Tye4, you can still take this class as it can be done with or without the bungees.
