What is Pilates?


Pilates is a safe, sensible exercise system using a floor mat or equipment, that will help you look and feel your very best.  Developed in the early 20th century, Pilates has proven to build long, lean muscles, improve flexibility and reduce body pains.  Much of the work is centered around improving core strength, building muscle and improving body awareness and posture.  Pilates works regardless of your age or fitness level and it will work for you.
